New Museum
WaterWorks is an oasis of discovery, play and active learning for curious preschoolers. Developed by The Sibbett Group, it is an innovative traveling exhibit designed to excite interest in the new Habitot Children's Museum. When kids pass through the animated gateway and under the happy face flag that leads to WaterWorks, they enter a factory of aquatic fun where they can touch, pretend, create, investigate and experiment. This wet wonderland is filled with interactive water exhibits and imaginative learning toys. Kids can crank a water wheel round and round or push a button and feel a gentle spray of fog moisten their faces. As they pump a handle up and down, a glistening rainbow appears overhead. When they activate a rushing stream at the Water Ramp, young water enthusiasts can follow colorful toys as they race through the wiggly rapids and rushing streams.
