Developed to serve as a launch pad for recycling education, the Sibbett Group’s new concept plan for the Children’s Museum of Los Angeles features memorable experiences to foster discovery-based learning.

Building on the "club" theme, the concept plan presents an open and inviting environment to encourage interaction between visitors. Kids, along with their caregivers, are challenged to work together to accurately sort colorful cans, bottles, newspapers and other items. This interaction leads organically to the realization that recycling — particularly the sorting of recyclable materials — is an effort whose success depends on community-wide participation.

Bright, bold graphics lend a visual excitement to the hands-on learning activities, and to underscore the key role that sorting plays in the recycling cycle. Club Eco’s combination of fun, excitement and cooperative learning is designed to positively impact the actions of kids and caregivers long after their visit to the museum.
